A re-invisioning of the 1978 screenplay by George Romero in which undead zombies are infecting others and taking over the world. The story follows a group of people brought together trying to stay alive. In an attempt to find someplace safe they decide to take refuge in the local mall. There refuge doesn't last long once the infected figure out where they are hiding. They must take extreme measures to keep the infected at bay while they attempt to make a safe journey to a new place to call home. Sarah Polley & Ving Rhames star in this ultimate zombie flick.
